Technical Project Manager
The primary role of the IT Project Manager is to provide tactical management, administration and leadership throughout project teams. The IT Project Manager will be responsible developing a project plan that is delivered within the agreed tolerances of time/budget. The Project Manager will continuously work in partnership with different business and technical stakeholders. He/she will also be responsible for the coordination of multi-disciplinary global project teams to deliver technology projects of varying size and complexity, focusing specifically on software projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain project artifacts.
- Participates in and leads JAD sessions using best practices.
- Manages and leads the development team.
- Works as main contact with business units for scope management and product functionality.
Required Skills:
- Candidate must possess 3+ years of related business experience (project manager and/or equivalent).
- Extensive experience with Agile project management in a high technology or Internet-based software development environment.
- Good customer focus, attitude and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of generic Project Life Cycle management controls.
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage and delegate work as part of a team in a matrix environment.
- Agile software development experience is required.

Data Scientist
The primary role of a Data Scientist is to determine patterns and provide structure for raw data, extracting and manipulating data, creating new variables, conducting analysis, and determining conclusions to meet business objectives in a variety of core business areas such as portfolio planning, product development, material forecasting, feature profit analysis and supply chain management. The Data Scientist will provide insight into leading analytic practices and methods, design and lead iterative development and learning cycles, and ultimately produce new and creative analytic solutions that will become part of the operating fabric of the global enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create structured problem statements and conceptualize potential solutions from rough client specifications and information
- Analyze source system data and data flows, working with structured and unstructured data
- Manipulate high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources to highlight patterns, anomalies, relationships and trends

Database Architect
Designs, develops and maintains database by determining structural requirements; developing and installing solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Determines database structural requirements by analyzing client operations, applications, and programming; reviewing objectives with clients; evaluating current systems;
- Develops database solutions by designing proposed system; defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications.
- Installs database systems by following database design documents; applying optimum access techniques; coordinating installation actions; documents actions.
- Maintains database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems; calculating optimum values for parameters; evaluating, integrating, and installing new releases; completing maintenance; answering user questions.

Business Process Analyst
The primary role of the Business Process Analyst is to act as the liaison between business units and the IT department, develop business cases in support of projects, and participate in or facilitates business process modeling and research efforts. He/she will continue to be a conduit of communication between different business units and IT to ensure business unit satisfaction with IT, provide a single point of contact for business units, and make recommendations on product development and business process optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as a liaison between IT and business units by
- Opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with IT,
- Provides a single point of contact for business units into IT and acts as a conduit between the two organizations,
- Makes recommendations for product enhancements,
- Manages business unit expectations of IT
- Participates in Business Process Modeling sessions, acting as a documentarian, co-facilitator, facilitator, or subject matter expert in sketch sessions.
- Conducts interviews and performs analysis in order to create Business Cases for projects.
- Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests.
- Reviews requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects.
- Participates in Business Process Management group efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the group.
- Participates in root cause analysis in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT.
- May act as a project manager on some projects
